Job Requirements

1. Minimum 8-10 years’ experience within product assembly/electronic manufacturing environment. 2. Demonstrated experience leading teams through operational transformation projects utilizing lean manufacturing principles, (Kaizan, lean, 6Sigma, 6S). 3. Strong knowledge of ISO quality systems. ISO9001, ISO14000, ISO13485 (ideally). 4. Advanced written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, preferred closed to native English speaking skills. 5. Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office. 6. Familiarity with manufacturing information systems including SAP would be highly regarded. 7. Strong knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
