Job Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include: Sourcing Candidates 1. Understands the various external databases available and utilises to full potential 2. Undertake face to face candidate meetings at all possible opportunities 3. Regular calls and contact with current contractor workforce / recently placed candidates to ensure quality service is maintained and to seek candidate referrals 4. Ensures all live jobs are posted on available tools and nesglobaltalent.com as essential 5. Can identify which clients we should be headhunting from and can undertake such calls appropriately 6. Can sell candidates that they register to clients on a speculative basis to secure further interviews 7. Organises networking event or similar online group to participate Contractor Management 1. Ensures that live Contractors in discipline are in network and strong relationship score (includes inherited as well as placed) 2. Responds to contractor/candidate queries promptly and efficiently 3. Undertakes contractor visits whenever possible in their site location 4. Attends site visits with Senior Team Member 5. Understand benefits provided and payroll schedule Business Development 1. Interacts regularly with Contractors/Candidate on projects to identify client leads 2. Starting to understand EIC database and where to gain project knowledge 3. Understands NES GT Service Offerings 4. Can put together a call list of potential clients and structure business development calls to build rapport and sell the value proposition of NES Global Talent Account Management 1. Holds Line Manager Contact after placing with contact 2. Understands commercials and mark up's with clients they are supporting 3. Can deal with issues and negative feedback as it arises, escalating to the line manager where appropriate

Job description We are currently seeking an experienced Recruiter to join NES China Contract team, the working location is in Shanghai City. If you have experience in Oil & Gas, Power and Energy or Technical recruitment, are an excellent relationship builder and have a great eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
