Gather feedback on usability from customers and help Mixtile to maintain positive relationships with customers. 5. Work with the R&D team to find out the best working third-party products. 6. Generate contents of company products and solutions for marketing and sales usage. 7. Generate blogs regularly and post them on the website；

1. Logical thinker, good analytical and problem-solving skills. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 3. Ability to thrive on change as products evolve. 4. Good interpersonal and customer care skills are a plus. 5. SEO- oriented content writer preferred；
