Job Responsibilities
As an Intern within Fanglue Creative’s International Development Department, your primary responsibilities will be managing international content development for Art+798’s online arts and education platforms. This involves building and managing relationships internationally, overseeing and improving the application process and training materials, managing curriculum and content development in cooperation with overseas partners, working with Chinese and international colleagues in sales, marketing, platform and content development and contributing to business development strategy and implementation. You will also need to manage the day-to-day operations of online events, including scheduling, handling payments, preparing promotional content, budgeting and various administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for managing overseas social media platforms, coordinating with colleagues to ensure platforms are updated regularly. As a member of the International Development Department, you will be part of a growing team responsible for interconnected on and offline events and projects relating to arts, culture, education and children’s publishing. During busy periods, you may be required to assist offline events and projects including China Children’s Book Expo, 798 International Children’s Art Festival and Art+798’s arts centre events. You will be expected to be flexible in your approach to work and ready to support colleagues and adapt your work responsibilities according to the needs of the projects. Working Hours: - Part-time, 3 full working days per week (1 Saturday and 2 any other days during the week), 9 hour working day (including 1 hour lunch break). - Flexible clock-in/out times: 8-10am to 5-7pm. - Occasional weekend / holiday working hours.
Job Requirements
- Promote opportunities & find new artists / organisations for cooperation. - Build and manage relationships with artists, educators and organisations in China and overseas - Manage application process for online teachers (live-streamed arts workshops). - Coordinate freelance / part-time curriculum developers and teaching artists. - Handle international payments, keeping accurate records of all expenses and payment information Content Development (Online Platforms): - Assist partners & freelancers in China & overseas to develop curriculum and content suitable for online teaching format that meets platform and project requirements. - Adjust & improve training materials, content guidelines & curriculum structure to fit needs of the project. - Contribute to content development strategy to ensure content is optimally suited to customer base. - Contribute to research and development of online teaching standards including application process, teacher selection, teacher training, platform development, curriculum development, students experience, etc. Support: - Support other team members and departments as required - Assist organisation of offline events as required
