Job Responsibilities

1. Manage and control the business process of new technology planning, and grasp the latest development trend and product technology line of the industry; 2. Take charge of the comprehensive business of advance technical planning, and make accurate judgment on the development trend of products in this field; 3. Can lead the organization of initial product planning and determine the planning direction and orientation; 4. Responsible for the construction of advanced technology research ability of lamps and lanterns; 5. Responsible for the collection and application of cutting-edge technologies; 6. Responsible for the formulation, design, verification and test of the advanced technology research projects; 7. Responsible for the connection between leading technology research and industrialization; 8. Responsible for patent layout and patent discovery of new technologies; 9. Responsible for the implementation guidance of the enterprise standard framework construction process of leading technology research projects; 10. Benchmarking analysis and research;

Job Requirements

1. Have 10 years of working experience in pre-research of whole vehicle lamps and lanterns; 2. Strong organizational leadership, management, coordination and business skills; 3. Have insight into the technical development direction of automobile lamps; 4. Familiar with standards and specifications of lighting industry;
