Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities - Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face. - Welcome customers when they arrive at the center, and guide them for the duration of their visit. - Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle any customer inquiries. - Communicate and coordinate with internal departments. - Follow up on customer interactions. - Undertake basic data entry to open and update all customer accounts. - Complete other tasks assigned by your supervisor.
Job Requirements
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above, medical related major preferred. - Two years work experience preferred. - Be passionate, professional and responsible in everything you do. - Strong customer service and communication skills. Experience of serving customers in high-end environments preferred. - Good appearance and temperament. Preferred height of over 165cm for females; over 175cm for males. - Basic Mandarin required. Advanced Mandarin preferred. Ability to speak German, Japanese, or Russian also preferred.
