Job Responsibilities

Make weekly production plan according to customer demand To achieve production indicators target of productivity, output and quality. To guarantee execution of 5S,TPM and suggestion in line To guarantee standards be respected and executed by operators To be responsible for operators communication and team building To be responsible for operators training, skill improvement and backup pool To guarantee correct of production reports To coordinate with audit and sample building Continuous improvement in shop floor.

Job Requirements

Knowledge Required: Bachelor degree or above At least 3 years of relevant work experience Foreign manufacturing companies background is preferred Knowledge and Expertise: Familiar with production management Familiar with assembly production mode Familiar with lean production Familiar with office software Personal capability: Execution Good communication skill Innovation Teamwork Standard Mandarin Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
