Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the statistics of company's scrapped data and the analysis and improvement of anomalies; 2. Assist functional departments in analyzing and solving quality issues; 3. Responsible for the establishment of the company's full-process quality system; 4. Handle customer complaints on a basis, analyze and solve and file.
Job Requirements
1. Master the quality management analysis methods, such as 5whys, etc.; 2. Have in building the company's full-process quality system; 3. Familiar with the production and quality processing related processes in the workshop, and skilled in using complaint handling response related skills; 4. Good management, coordination, communication skills, and the ability to handle problems independently; 5. Comply with work arrangements and can withstand work pressure
