Job Responsibilities
1.Conduct supplier quality system audits and manage supplier performance; 2. Participate in establishing and improving corporate quality management systems; 3.Lead internal/external unannounced quality audits and implement control measures; 4.Investigate, track, and resolve quality issues during project execution.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; 2.Minimum 2 years of quality management experience in electromechanical equipment, automotive, machinery, or electronics industries; 3.CET-4 or above with strong English communication skills (written and spoken); Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD; 4.Expertise in 7QC Tools (Seven Quality Control Tools) and 8D problem-solving methodology; 5.Experience in organizing/participating in internal/external quality system audits (e.g., ISO 9001).
