Job Responsibilities: Based on the company's business strategic objectives, participate in the formulation of product planning strategies and decompose design execution strategies. Gain insights into industry trends, user behaviors, and competitor dynamics, drive forward-looking design innovation, and enhance the market competitiveness of products. Drive the entire design process, mine design opportunities based on market and user feedback, and promote continuous product iteration. Organize planning and team building, create and maintain a positive team atmosphere, and build a team culture centered on initiative, self-motivation, and enterprising spirit. Based on the brand positioning, establish a product design methodology, and build and improve the product design system. Encourage innovation, and organize the team to create competitive and unique products from dimensions such as experience, market, and business. Focus on user experience design to ensure that products meet market needs in terms of functionality, usability, and comfort.
Job Requirements
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree or above in related majors such as industrial design, product design, or art design. More than 10 years of design work experience, and more than 5 years of management experience in design teams (with 10 or more members). Those with design experience and successful case experience in fields such as consumer electronics, smart hardware, and home living are preferred. Excellent leadership skills to inspire the creativity and imagination of the team. Excellent aesthetic literacy, unique design concepts and design logic, and the ability to guide design decisions in a reasonable direction. Proficient in design methodology, have a deep understanding of materials, processes, production and manufacturing, and have practical experience in the application of emerging technologies such as AI and IoT. Keenly grasp industry information and market development trends, and be able to apply them to design and transform them into business achievements. Excellent decision-making ability and judgment, and the ability to efficiently and accurately deal with various situations arising from cross-departmental communication. Good communication and expression skills, and a spirit of cooperation, and the ability to clearly and accurately convey design requirements and concepts both internally and externally.
