1. Lead cross function team define reasonable project development timing plan according to Autoliv APDS requirement, and ensure project launch on time 2. Update timing plan regularly according to project progress 3. Coordinate and solve technical issue and process issue with responsible technical center during project development 4. Organize project status report regularly, define and follow up action plan 5. Organize cross function team carry out design review and feedback to Autoliv technical center 6. Organize project prototype sample building and provide technical support according to project timing plan 7. Provide technical support to engineering change and mass production according to company requirement 8. Provide technical support to customer per request
Knowledge Required: 1. Familiar with project management, have project team management experience. 2. Know well about mechanism manufacturing process. 3. Understand automobile industry quality system requirement. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software. 5. Familiar with FEMA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA. Functional Competencies: 1. Bachelor's degree or above 2. At least have 2-5 years' professional experience 3. Integrity, Proactive and ambitious, Creative, Team player as well as strong communication ability and coordination ability 4. Good analysis and problem solving ability 5. Self-discipline, can work under pressure 6. Safeguarding confidential information 7. English is workable
