Job Responsibilities

The Advisory Technology Training (ATT) team’s objective is to ensure Investment Bank Research & CRM technology platform is optimally used by revenue and non-revenue generating end-users globally. ATT is involved in the entire training cycle; beginning with training needs analysis through to post release deployment and continuous education. ATT utilises various methodologies to help drive user knowledge, raise user awareness, facilitate learning, and maximise knowledge retention. The successful candidate will be involved in multiple projects and exercises, relating to training, training support, training materials and communications for all Research/CRM platforms, and management of the related logistics and post-deployment support. The candidate may also be involved in user acceptance testing, project management and participating in global projects, documentation and related administration. Responsibilities • Deliver system-based, business process training to employees at all ranks/ roles and skill levels, via classroom / desk side / remote means, tailored to their needs and requirements • Provide training support desk-side, phone, instant messaging & e-mail • Improve service portfolio by liaising with colleagues and business stakeholders to ensure courses are relevant to their needs, and targeted to the right audience • Maximise training team utilisation through seeking new/additional service opportunities and onsite team engagement maximization • Propose new ideas around improving access to training service • Report feedback and further requirements for enhancements from users and communicate these to business analyst teams • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) of proprietary products as part of knowledge gathering • Help facilitate and run usability sessions and/or pilot schemes with respect to application design and requirements • Produce client-facing training materials such as reference guides, eLearning tools, PowerPoint decks and emails • Maintain team website & other internal team tools

Job Requirements

Competencies • Fluent spoken English and business writing skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong verbal and written communication ability • Ability to identify training requirements and implement ideas • Excellent presentation skills • Project Management • Logical and analytical mind • Excellent team player as well as being able to work independently • Knowledge of Investment Banking, particularly Research/Advisory services, favoured but not essential • Experience in working in a global organisation and/or virtual team environment • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010, Windows 7, Adobe Captivate, Adobe RoboHelp • IT support experience would be helpful
