Job Responsibilities

1.Deliver coach education / training programme to kindergarten, primary and secondary school PE teachers, grassroots football 2.coaches, student teachers , and football coaches in line with the RS / Nike Curriculum 3.Deliver demonstration PE / Team training classes to a variety of audiences 4.Developing kindergarten, primary and secondary school PE teacher training curriculum and teaching materials 5.Contribute to the creation and management of the RS Sports Academy 6.Contribute to the continuing development of the RS/ Nike PE/ Team training curriculum 7.Contribute to the continuing development and delivery of internal and external PE teacher education programmes 8.Contribute to the development and management of festivals, carnivals, and special events 9.Contribute to the development of RS vision for the future of Chinese sports education 10.Assist head coach in managing and delivering internal training programme to RS coaches, ongoing mentoring and evaluation of RS coaching team 11.Other tasks assigned by RS management team

Job Requirements

1. At least 5 years kindergarten teaching and coaching experience for 3-6 Years old kids 2. Bachelor degree or above, major in Preschool Education is preferred 3. UEFA B or English FA at the same level or above is preferred 4. Related research, content development and instructor experience of preschool children's physical development are preferred 5. Be familiar with sports projects such as football, basketball, running, jumping rope, etc., and can combine these sports projects with 6.the development of the physical quality of preschool children 7. Had youth physical training courses is preferred 8. Experienced in lecturer or coach training with a passion for developing grassroots sports, and a creative, adaptable, patient, 9.confident and approachable personality 9. Fluent English is necessary Appreciated requirements: Experience coaching abroad Experience working in China
