Job Responsibilities

Salary – 16,000-23,000RMB/month (pre-tax) - Contract Length – 12 months - Work Schedule – Weekdays 11:00-20:00 / Weekends: 9:00-18:00 (1 hour lunch breaks) - Working Hours – 40 hours/week (2 days off on weekdays) - Teaching Hours – Up to 24 hours/week - Arrival Support – Airport pick-up - Flight Reimbursement – Up to 8,000RMB for return ticket to home country - Visa – Work Permit, Residence Permit and medical check-up fees assistance and reimbursement - Accommodation Support – 1200 RMB hotel reimbursement after 2 months’ probation; 10,000 RMB start-up loan for accommodation - Insurance – Health and accident insurance after probation - Bonus – Discretional bonus based on annual performance - Paid Leave – National holidays/11+ days annual leave - Sick Leave – 3 days’ full-paid sick leave/7 days’ half-paid sick leave - Training – Orientation & pre-job training, on-going academic training, support and appraisals

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements: - 22-55 years of age - Bachelor’s degree or higher - TEFL/TESOL 100+ hours certification minimum (CELTA/DELTA preferred) - Teaching experience preferred, but candidates with no experience can be accepted - Have an understanding and ability to teach pupils of all abilities - Must be able to obtain a cleared background check
