Job Responsibilities

Working Location: Singapore Changi Airport (nearest MRT changi airport) Receptionist/Customer Service for Airport. (2 months agency fee applicable) JOB SCOPE: • 80% of the time is Counter Duties (Answering all types of enquiries, WIFI passwords and directory guidance) • 20% of the time rover/patrol around to help customers Shift (Full Time): • Work 4 days off 2 days • Morning Shift (0530H – 1530H) Afternoon Shift (1500H-0100H) • Transport provided (mini bus) Salary: - $1800 gross salary (Basic + Allowances) - Increased to $1950 gross salary after 4months probation - Great Welfare Additional Incentives: -Quarterly Performance Bonus (25% of monthly salary per quarter*) *Subject to meeting KPIs -Quarterly Wellness Allowance ($200*) *Subject to meeting the required criteria Working Location: Singapore Changi Airport (nearest MRT changi airport)

Job Requirements

- Communication skills in English must be 7/10 or above - Any third language skills will be advantageous - Positive and able to handle customer service role (no experience needed)
