**Language Requirement:** **Fluent in Chinese & English** (must communicate effectively with domestic and international clients/colleagues) ### **Job Responsibilities:** 1. **Front Desk Reception** - Greet, register, and guide company visitors, maintaining a professional and friendly first impression. - Answer/transfer phone calls and handle basic English emails and inquiries. - Assist in meeting room arrangements and provide logistical support for client meetings. 2. **Administrative Procurement** - Manage the procurement, inventory, and expense tracking of daily office supplies and pantry items. - Assist in maintaining office cleanliness and equipment maintenance requests. 3. **Cross-Department Collaboration** - Support the administrative team with ad-hoc tasks (e.g., mail handling, document organization). - Provide simple translation assistance for foreign employees or clients when needed.

### **Requirements:** - **Nationality:** Foreign nationals (preference for native English speakers from countries such as Australia, the UK, etc.). - **Professional appearance**, approachable demeanor, and strong service orientation. - **Fluent in spoken and written Chinese & English** (must handle bilingual communication efficiently). - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel, etc.). - Prior experience in front desk, administration, or customer service is preferred. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking.
