Job Responsibilities

Job description: 1) Responsible for data research, new customer development, responding to customer queries on office rental and other business consultations. 2) Responsible for social media promotions and overseas branding. 3) Responsible for organizing events and explore growth potential clients. 4) Assist GM with Daily co-working space/co-living space operations. 5) Contributes to the overall revenue of the HIBC space by identifying opportunities and actively, upselling/ cross selling our products and services About HIBC: Located in downtown Shenzhen, HIBC provides serviced office and co-working spaces for companies from freelancers and startups to multinationals. Job Requirements
