Job Description: We are looking for a SEO marketing specialist to join our innovative and fast-paced team in Shenzhen. The candidate will be responsible in handling the SEO of our Poland platform.
Candidate Requirements: We are looking for a candidate who's into technology and is proficient in Google Analytics with adequate experience in operating ecommerce marketplace. Below are the must requirements for this post, - 1-3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in SEM/SEO of retail enterprise. - Advanced knowledge of best practices related to organic search engine optimization, including knowledge of search engine ranking factors, technical SEO considerations and content strategy. - Experience and passion for performance optimization, specifically using Google ads and analytics for conversion rate improvement. - A self-starter with the ability to work and execute in a fast paced, dynamic environment. - Strong analytical skills and metrics driven decision making. - Fluent in Polish (native level, non-native speakers can also apply.) English speaking is a plus. Chinese speaking is a plus (not a requirement though.) Job Responsibilities: - Identify and recommend new opportunities for improving organic search rankings, click through rates and conversions. - Conduct and analyse SEO experiments to improve performance & traffic to the website. - Define editorial standards for maximizing search success across content, PR, social and other communication channels. - Monitor, report and maintain tracking tools to understand SEO program performance and business goal attainment. - Work closely with business team to identify growth opportunities for our content and product by study of search demand and business trends. - Rich experience in operating ecommerce marketplace.
