Develop and customize the terminal hardware, provide the technical support to partner and customers. 1. Develop and customize the hardware as per the client’s needs; 2. Support and implementation of customer certifications/pilot projects; 3. Respond to customer inquiries, primarily via email, telephone and on-site visit; 4. Resolve any customer technical issues through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting; 5. Gather technical requirements from customers and translate into gap analysis documentation and work orders; 6. Work directly with HQ staff in engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and administration to prepare/present the hardware demonstration and resolve problems; 7. Document all technical inquiries for sharing with HQ engineers and project manager; 8. Provide training or assistance to customers and partner; 9. Participate in testing the new-released hardware products; 10. Part time as hardware engineer support on site.
1. Education background: Bachelor or above, major in computer science, hardware engineering or other related major; 2. Over 2 years hardware development/ system integration/ system maintenance/technical support experience; 3. Specific Skills: be familiar with the working principle about the mechanism, electron and optics; 4. Outgoing & proactive personality, strong teamwork spirit & good interpersonal communication skills.
