Job Responsibilities
1. Collect and mine customer needs in combination with customer business scenarios, output business and scenario solutions, and timely and accurately convey customer solution requirements internally; 2. Empower customers, partners, and internal sales to train product knowledge, including product planning, application scenarios, advantages and characteristics, etc., formulate solutions based on customer needs and quickly respond to client problems and questions; 3. Support marketing and sales work, including customer communication and visits, cooperate with sales to do technical support, product selection and output solutions that meet customer needs to ensure the implementation of the project; 4. Customer-centric, communicate and coordinate resources to meet customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction, including headquarters R&D, supply chain, after-sales operation and maintenance, etc.;
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5~8 years of on-site support experience in the server industry is preferred, English can be used as the working language; 2. Familiar with x86 server products and solutions, familiar with server, storage, network and other system architecture solutions, with the actual debugging and operation ability of hardware and software; 3. Familiar with the information system architecture of major customers in the industry, and have a certain understanding of the main components of the server industry; 4. Have good learning ability, be proactive, have strong execution and sense of responsibility, have a cheerful personality, and have a good sense of teamwork.
