Job Responsibilities
1. Utilize market channels and company resources to expand and maintain overseas e-commerce clients and local brand clients through phone calls, emails, communication software, business trips, or overseas visits. 2. Actively achieve sales revenue targets according to company strategy and enhance the company's visibility and market share in overseas markets. 3. Gather customer and platform needs to drive product iteration, optimization, and improvement, thereby advancing Wanyi Tong's localization process, increasing company revenue, and improving customer loyalty and satisfaction to meet performance goals. 4. Timely address and resolve business issues and cases raised by clients during their use of Wanyi Tong’s products and services. 5. Collect and feedback overseas market information, research different categories of overseas e-commerce sellers, and effectively communicate client feedback and the latest industry news.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, fluent spoken English, able to communicate seamlessly with foreign clients. 2. At least 2 years of sales experience, with preference given to experience in logistics, foreign trade, cross-border e-commerce, or supply chain industries. 3. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent comprehension and expression abilities, adept at internal and external communication and coordination, capable of handling unexpected situations flexibly.
