Job Responsibilities

1. According to the requirements of the project design task, create the project scheme and deepen the design; 2. Independently or guide project team members to complete the general drawing, elevation or plane design of the project; 3. Independently or cooperatively complete project design schedule management and personnel division arrangement; 4. Independently or cooperatively complete the communication, coordination, reporting and feedback with Party A.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in architecture or architectural design; 2. 3-5 years of experience in project design, with passion for architectural design and experience in project design for brand developers; 3. Have excellent project creativity ability, strong sense of innovation, and pay attention to the new trend of design development; 4.Proficient in various architectural design codes, and have a basic understanding of relevant professional design codes； 5. Europeans and Americans are preferred.
