Job Responsibilities

1. Technical support, responsible for responding to customer technical problems in a timely manner, coordinating internal and external resources, and continuing to give follow-up and solutions. 2. According to the type of customer and industry, make corresponding solutions, and carry out after-sales landing. 3. Responsible for product training and certification of customers and technical personnel, and improve the technical level. 4. Responsible for understanding and sorting out customer needs, and feeding back to the product department for improvement and optimization. 5. Responsible for analyzing customer project needs, completing the construction of project plans, assisting in the formulation of bidding documents, predicting technical problems in the process of project implementation, and providing technical support.

Job Requirements

1. Major in computer hardware or electronic engineering hardware, solid professional basic knowledge, with 3-5 years of relevant work experience. 2. Understand the smart home industry, have a good ability to preach the program, English can be used as a working language (small language is preferred) 3. Strong communication skills, problem analysis and solving skills, good team spirit and service awareness. 4. Experience in project management is preferred. Bonus points Have experience in the following industries: Artificial Intelligence, Smart Hardware, Consumer Electronics, Communications, and Network Equipment
