Job Responsibilities

Responsible for product maintenance, review/analysis of maintenance data, output of maintenance cases, and assisting R&D in providing fault equipment information.

Job Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above. Language Skills: Proficient in written and verbal English communication. Experience & Technical Skills: Over 5 years of experience in electronic product maintenance. Proficient in operating soldering tools (e.g., soldering iron, hot air gun, multimeter) and reading circuit diagrams. Priority given to candidates with maintenance experience in inverters or energy storage systems. Office Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.). Management & Analytical Abilities: Capable of managing overseas maintenance sites (teams and warehouses), conducting product maintenance training, analyzing maintenance data, establishing new overseas after-sales maintenance stations, and editing PPT cases. Work Adaptability: Willing to work long-term at overseas after-sales maintenance stations and accept overseas business trips and scheduling arrangements.
