Responsibilities: Shopify Store Management: Manage and oversee all aspects of our Shopify store, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management. Website Optimization: Continuously improve the website's user experience, conversion rates, and overall performance. Content Management: Create and update website content, including product descriptions, images, and promotional banners. SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve the website's visibility and search engine rankings. Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers by optimizing the checkout process, payment gateways, and customer support. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website analytics and generate reports to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. E-commerce Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive growth and revenue. Inventory Management: Work closely with the operations team to manage inventory levels and ensure products are in stock. Marketing Integration: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches on the website.
· Proven experience managing and optimizing Shopify e-commerce stores. · Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and trends. · Proficiency in Shopify, including theme customization and app integration. · Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing. · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. · Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. · Effective communication and collaboration skills. · Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. · Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
