1. Account Management - Achieve profitable sales growth in alignment with annual sales plan goals/objectives and maintain daily interaction with our international client's management team. - Leverage Amazon/e-commerce experience with US and UK markets (regional experience a plus) to enhance current strategy. - Manage Restricted Products on Amazon Seller Central and related product pages. - Build and develop product review pages on Amazon, eBay and other marketplaces, with a focus on how to increase reviews, build effective combinations of images/text, increase store visibility, and manage Restricted Products on Amazon MWS. - Act as our client's customers’ primary point of contact for all Amazon, eBay and other marketplace sales to ensure that business needs are met on a timely basis. - Build and strengthen relationships with Amazon, eBay and other buyers. - Demonstrate proficiency in working with Amazon Marketplace Web Services (Amazon MWS) including understanding API's, robust product ranking, and other resources related to maximizing sales across all e-commerce platforms. - Develop and refresh content for existing products. - Manage new product launches on timelines and inventory needs for Amazon, eBay and other stores, completing new item setup activities, and ensuring content and image needs are met. - Collaborate closely with internal departments for feedback and input. - Track and reconcile inventory and shipments to Amazon Fulfilment Centres, eBay and other fulfilment centres. 2. Store Listings & Optimization - Own the e-commerce store experience for our client across our international markets. - Continually optimize the Amazon, eBay and other marketplace stores, product pages and A+ content to drive traffic and sales for existing and new products. - Partner with the Marketing team to develop brand assets and content consistent with brand guidelines and Amazon, eBay and other marketplace standards. 3. Marketing & Promotion - Develop Amazon, eBay and wider e-commerce strategy in partnership with marketing and sales leadership. - Test new ad formats and set up new product promotions for every new product release. - Assist Marketing team with development of product promotion plan. 4. Business Intelligence & Reporting - Develop e-commerce reporting on Amazon, eBay and other market performance metrics, sales, forecasting, marketing performance, and pricing. - Analyse and adjust digital sales metrics to deliver against targets. - Report ROI analysis, campaign tracking, web stats, pricing reports, competitive analysis, promotion and new SKU checks regularly.
- 5+ years of e-commerce sales management, with at least 4 years focused on Amazon Seller Central and eBay. - Minimum of 2 years' experience focused on Restricted Products, in particular in the sexual wellness category. - Amazon US store experience required. Experience with Amazon Germany or other country stores would be an added benefit. - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Business or related field. - Ability to build trust-based relationships externally and internally and exhibit outside-the-box thinking to create solutions that address customer needs. - Experience managing and updating the online product catalogue, including setting up new products and promotional items and maintaining product and category pages data analysis and performance trends, as well as creating new ideas and testing new copy and images to make pages sell. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills to make data-based decisions. - Proficient in English and a team player with strong communication skills, who can work both independently and collaboratively. - Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable in high-paced start-up environments. Solid Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills.
