Job Requirements

We are looking for high performing individuals with deep experience and good understanding in all or most of the following areas: CIB products and services Wholesale banking KYC and an SME understanding of due diligence process Excellent understanding of KYC and AML domain Navigation of the sales organization The candidates should have 8 to 10 years of experience in the financial services industry with 5+ years in the KYC/AML space.And the following key skill sets: Excellent communication skills Ability to deal with high pressure, time sensitive and deal breaking tasks Ability to liaise with various cross functional stakeholders and resolve issues Project management We would also be open to candidates from Banking PMO, Risk, Assurance, Client Servicing and Investment Banking Operational backgrounds with strong project management and stakeholder management skills even though they do not possess deep KYC/AML background.
