Job Responsibilities

1.Involved deeply in daily business, Assist business owners with project planning and execution, Support and eventually lead complex projects; 2.Recognize potential problems and seek solutions, Manage risks, ensure projects run smoothly and meet expectations and goals; 3.Capble of coordinating multiple stakeholders and different functions, Develop business SOPs and rules for teams to follow, ensuring projects’ efficiency and compliance; 4.Summarize, accumulate and document experience and methodology, to improve business efficiency; 5. Develop and maintain a mechanism for team culture and moral building.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree at least, with more than 3 years' working experience in leading internet or international companies, Working experience in project management is a plus. Global experience is a plus; 2.Fluent in both Chinese and English in business settings; 3.Excellent communicator, Team player. Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate, foster relationships and work cross-functionally; 4.Self-motivator, Highly skilled at guiding and aligning multiple stakeholders towards an outcome, Ability to organize and summarize, Consistently improves team working efficiency; 5.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a high-volume workload efficiently.
