Job Responsibilities

1. Uncover the deep-seated needs of clients, and coordinate the team to provide project solutions that meet their requirements. 2. Gain an in-depth understanding of the Russian market, analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior, and provide strategic suggestions for the company's business expansion in Russia. 3. Develop and execute integrated brand marketing strategies, including online and offline activities, social media marketing, content marketing, etc., to enhance the brand's popularity and influence in the Russian market. 4. Establish and maintain good relationships with Russian clients, understand their needs, provide customized solutions, and improve client satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Requirements

1. A bachelor's degree or above is required. Candidates majoring in Marketing, Public Relations, or Business English will be given priority. 2. Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, a self-driven and optimistic attitude, a solid work ethic, and strong execution ability. 3. Be meticulous and conscientious at work, with a strong sense of responsibility, ambition, and teamwork spirit. 4. Familiarity with the advertising placement rules and optimization logic of mainstream channels (such as Google, Facebook, TikTok, Yandex, VK, etc.), that is, having relevant industry experience, will be an advantage. 5. Strong data analysis skills will be an advantage. 6. The salary range for this position is a fixed base salary.
