About Nexus Modular: Nexus Modular is a premium commercial furniture brand founded in Singapore, specializing in high-quality designs for commercial use. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced professional to lead international dealer acquisition for our high-end furniture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the commercial furniture industry, particularly in acoustic pods and/or system furniture, and excel at building dealer relationships. This full-time role is based in our Shanghai office (Songjiang District) and requires professional fluency in English and comfort in multi-national communication. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in China without the need for visa sponsorship. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to identify and engage international dealers/distributors aligned with our brand’s positioning. Prepare presentations and materials for effective dealer engagement. Oversee contract preparation to meet all company requirements for successful agreements. Build and maintain relationships with established dealers to drive sales growth.

Job Requirements

Key Skills: Networking: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with international dealers. Brand Communication: Expertise in clear and consistent brand representation. Presentation Skills: Proficient in creating and delivering impactful presentations. Sales Strategy: Skilled in developing strategies to drive sales growth. Cultural Competence: Comfortable in diverse, multi-national environments. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the commercial furniture sector, especially system furniture. English Fluency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 35 years old and below, with over 5 years’ experience in commercial furniture sales or dealer management. Familiarity with acoustic products, system furniture and industry trends. Established network of international commercial furniture dealers is a plus. Strong understanding of branding, sales, and marketing strategies. Excellent negotiation and contract management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-cultural environment.
