Job Requirements

Candidate Requirements: · Minimum 5 years relevant work experience with proven success in business development functions. · Deep understanding of industry issues, a vision for growth, and a passion to build. · Experienced in developing comprehensive strategy and programs. · Ability to “think on their feet” and apply critical thinking to problems that clients face. · Independent working and can demonstrate high-level thinking with excellent presentation skills. · Ability to coordinate between internal and external departments. · Experience in luxury or premium sector preferred. · Excellent Communications skills - can write and present ideas in both languages. · Effective, Organized, Systematic and a strong team player. · Proven account/project management skills, including budget management. · Problem solving skills, being deadline oriented, professional with a great attitude. · Ability to speak Chinese and English. Bonus if can speak either Italian or French.
