1. To complete the daily work at the hospital reception desk, including being responsible for booking appointments, billing medical insurance/commercial insurance/self-pay customers, receiving customers, handling customer complaints, etc. 2. Attend to the customer service hotline and answer customer enquiries or complaints and suggestions, which must be handled promptly, patiently and professionally. 3. Responsible for related administrative work, including but not limited to filing, report sending, etc.
1. Be fluent in Mandarin and communicate with Chinese colleagues without barriers; 2. Good image and temperament; 3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, good at listening and summarising customer feedback.
