Job Responsibilities
a) As the Foreign Trade Sales Manager, you will lead and manage the sales team to ensure that the company's sales targets are achieved. b) You will establish and maintain good business relationships with domestic and international clients to ensure client satisfaction while continually exploring new clients and channels. c) You need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively resolve issues in the sales process with team members and clients. d) You will participate in developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and providing strategic recommendations for the company's sales activities. e) Attend relevant trade shows or client business events and conduct regular visits to local clients.
Job Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in International Trade, Marketing, Economics, Management, or related fields. 2. Language Skills: Proficiency in Spanish (listening, speaking, reading, writing) and strong English writing skills. 3. Work Experience: At least 2 years in international trade, with the ability to independently develop overseas markets and a strong capability in market planning and product expansion. 4. Professional Skills: Familiarity with foreign trade processes, ability to handle common issues and emergencies during order execution, and strong market analysis and judgment skills. 5. Other Requirements: Good teamwork spirit, execution ability, adaptability, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proactive attitude, and understanding of the customs and practices of the relevant market.
