Main responsibilities include developing UI texts, writing or editing marketing content copies for e-commerce websites, and coordinating multi-language content production. • Develop marketing content copies based on guidelines and instructions. • Edit content for better marketing appeal and customer affinity. • Run social media engagement for user growth and retention. • Develop UI texts and run usability testing. • Coordinate multilanguage content production. • Lead projects from planning, task breakdown, implementation, to feedback and review.
• Native English speakers from the United States, England, New Zealand, Ireland, Canada, or Australia, with an expert level of English. Language degree holder preferred. Or Native French speakers from France, with an expert level of French. Language degree holder preferred. • Bachelor's degree or higher. Preferred majors: language, creative writing. • Experience in copywriting, content marketing, or localization. • Experience in structured authoring. • In-depth understanding of style elements (tone, voice, typography, etc) • In-depth user experience insights, especially in the content business. • Project coordination skills: implement projects on time against challenging deadlines. • Fast-learning, flexible thinking, and attention to detail.
