Job Responsibilities
We require enthusiastic service-oriented people to handle business customers’ enquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner. You will receive professional training in customer service skills and products that will provide you with the skills and knowledge required for a successful career. The Job: • Handle general enquiries, billing enquiries and complaints in a professional manner • Cooperate with other teams members to resolve customer's request efficiently • Attend to service enquiries including technical support and fault report via inbound call • Communicate with internal and external parties for fault restoration / line reinstallation etc. • Promote company products/services • Shift duties from 08:00 - 00:00 ( 40 working hours per week) including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays • Work Location: Guangzhou
Job Requirements
The Person: • Colleague graduate or above with at least 2 year’s relevant experience in customer service • Good customer service skills and telephone manner • Ability to communicate in English and (Cantonese will be an advantage) • Proactive and able to work under pressure
