Job Responsibilities

Management of the configuration, maintenance, capacity control and indicators of a data network at its different levels: access, transmission and IP backbone. -Execution of configuration changes, analysis of signaling, troubleshooting and diagnosis of incidents of a data network with the following equipment: Router Switch Firewall Load Balancers ARM -Knowledge of different routing protocols: MPLS BGP OSPF RIP -After acquiring knowledge, the following is proposed: Level 2 support on 24x7x365 hours NOC N2 escalation point and responsible for escalation to L3 manufacturer in complex incidents. Provide on-site customer support (when needed) across different departments: engineering, O&M, operations 24x7 on-call availability in rotation with the rest of the group Generate procedures and provide training to other groups in the company

Job Requirements

Engineering studies, preferably related to telecommunications Fluent Spanish and English Advanced knowledge in data networks Technologies/Protocols
