Job Responsibilities
Take charge of overseas brand marketing operations, including social media and community management, for our innovative outdoor eyewear products. Lead content creation, daily operations, and ad growth for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook communities. Drive data-driven results — grow social followers, increase engagement, and improve retention across global channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute localized creative campaigns by integrating resources such as athletes, KOLs, sports events, and PR to increase brand visibility and user engagement. Explore and experiment with innovative content strategies across global platforms, establish effective tracking and optimization mechanisms.
Job Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in overseas social media content and paid ads (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). Fluent in English, with strong communication skills; overseas study or work experience is preferred. Skilled in short-form video editing, with a passion for content creation. Outgoing personality with user-centric thinking and strong communication abilities; creative, curious, and bold in trying new ideas. Highly responsible, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, startup-style environment with collaborative spirit. Familiar with Western cultures; a passion for outdoor sports such as cycling is a big plus.
