Job Responsibilities

Job Description: As the Business Development Vice President based in Thailand, you will lead strategic partnerships, client development, and resource integration for the company's new energy vehiclebusiness in the Thai market. You will drive local market expansion and business implementation, leveraging deep industry connections, government relations, and negotiation skills. By understanding the unique characteristics of the Thai market, you will develop actionable partnership strategies and lead the team to achieve business growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1.Lead NEV business development in Thailand, formulate market expansion strategies, and drive the company's local business implementation. 2.Manage client engagements and business negotiations, establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies, industry associations, automakers, dealers, and charging/battery swap infrastructure operators. 3.Conduct in-depth market research on Thailand's NEV industry, analyzing policies, regulations, market trends, and competitive landscape to support strategic decision-making. 4.Identify potential business opportunities, facilitate partnerships in vehicle sales, charging/swapping networks, battery recycling, and other areas, ensuring project signing and execution. 5.Coordinate internal resources, collaborating with technical, operational, and marketing teams to ensure efficient project execution. 6.Conduct regular visits to key clients and partners, building long-term business relationships and maintaining systematic client management records. 7.Complete other strategic tasks assigned by senior management.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 1.Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or related fields. 2.Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, key account management, or strategic partnerships, with preference given to candidates with NEV, energy storage, or charging infrastructure backgrounds. 3.Familiarity with the Thai market, with established connections in government, automakers, energy companies, or dealerships preferred. 4.Strong negotiation, resource integration, and cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to independently drive projects. 5.Keen market insight and deep understanding of NEV industry policies, technologies, and business models. 6.Fluent in English (chinese language skills a plus), with the ability to adapt to frequent travel and high-intensity work. 7.Prior experience in government relations or large-scale multinational projects is preferred. 8.Based in Thailand
