Job Responsibilities
1.Understand thailand market consumer behavior, competitive landscape, industry trends, assess market potential and opportunities, and provide a basis for the company to formulate targeted marketing strategies; 2.Develop regional market brand, marketing strategies, and plans in line with company goals, resources, and strategies as well as local market conditions, organize internal and external resources, local partners to implement various brand and marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and product sales, track execution results, and continuously improve; 3.Organize and lead the regional market support team, plan and set regional work goals and strategies, clarify team division of labor, coordinate resources, work closely to ensure achievement;
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majors in marketing, business management, etc. are preferred; 2. More than 5 years of marketing experience, those with overseas local market experience are preferred; 3. Familiar with the local culture, business environment, and consumer habits overseas; 4. Excellent market analysis, planning, and execution capabilities; 5. Good team management experience and communication skills; 6. Strong innovative thinking and adaptability, able to respond to market changes and adjust strategies in a timely manner. 7. English as working language, willing to accept overseas travel.
