Job Responsibilities

1、Responsible for the implementation of enterprise information technology business solutions, to assist and guide customers to successfully apply Heading products. 2、Conduct customer research, requirement analysis, design and compilation of customised business solution during project implementation stage. 3、Help clients streamline existing business processes and gradually improve application capabilities through various user training methods. 4、Design and write various product documents required during the implementation process. 5、Continuously accumulate knowledge in the industry field, form a business knowledge system, and share and transfer knowledge internally and externally. 6、Future career: Senior Implementation Consultant, Project Manager, Product Manager, Consulting Advisor, etc.

Job Requirements

1、Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for a background in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM). 2、Good communication and coordination skills with customers and teams. 3、Good at comprehending, thinking, refining and summarising. 4、Strong oral and written communication skills with clear logical thinking. 5、Strong service consciousness, sense of responsibility, and proactivity, able to work under pressure and adapt to long-term business travel. 6、Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, or knowledge in finance, retail/wholesale, or other distribution industries, or experience in system application is preferred.
