Job Requirements

At least five years’ experience as a lawyer or legal advisor; University degree in a law discipline; Bar qualification is an advantage; Foreign law degree, such as an LLM, is an advantage; Familiarity with the high tech industry, software business, and/or software licensing agreements is an advantage; Prior in-house experience, particularly in a foreign-invested enterprise, is an advantage; Excellent communication and drafting skills in Chinese and English; Proactive, well-organized and professional; Ability to exercise good judgment, prioritize tasks and work independently; Ability to work closely with sales staff and management, customers, finance, contract management group and other internal departments.
