Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct research of cloud business compliance and competitors in China and abroad, participate in business negotiations and advise on the legal compliance of the business; 2. Draft, review and revise significant legal documents and agreements; 3. Advise on M&A and IPO projects; 4. Advise on daily operations and response to consultations from different lines of business; 5. Handle litigation, arbitration or non-litigation legal affairs and safeguard company’s interests; 6. Provide legal training for employees, assist on legal IT management work and handle other work assigLned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

1. LLB and above, Oversea LLM is a plus；admitted to practice law in China; 2. 5 PQE as an in-house, VAT license experience is a must; HK IPO experiences is a pus; 3. Bilingual speaker with proficient legal English skills, able to negotiate, draft and review legal documents in English; 4. Excellent communication skills. Flexible, efficient worker and willing to take challenges; 5. Logical thinker and open mind.
