Education, knowledge, competences, and attributes Education: Bachelor degree or above Language: Chinese native speaker, very fluent oraland written English is a must (French is not mandatory but can be appreciated). Computer: Word, Excel, PowerPoint at a betterproficient level BusinessCompetences: - At least 5 years credit operationexperience. - Background in Consumer Finance or GuarantyCompany backed credit risk is a must. - Familiar with financial products. - Understanding of retailer sales financeenvironment - Good sense in business, capabilities ofanalyzing market trend. BehavioralCompetences: - Good communication skill. - Have commercial common sense. - Result-oriented. Working Conditions Credit Risk Manger is located in a busy office where he/she spends longtime using computers and other office equipment. He/she is faced withinterruptions and must meet with colleagues, clients, partners, or suppliers ona regular basis. He/she must work with intense concentration and meet severaldeadlines in a regular basis. Occasional domestic and international traveling may be required.
