Founded in 2007 Accord Business Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oney Banque Accord Group (one of Auchan Group corebusinesses). In 2011, Accord Business consulting became Oney Accord Business Consulting.We focus on developing retail sales of financial service throughout all of China, promoting co-brand credit card programs, installment loans and prepaid card programs. At the year-end 2009, in addition to its existing partnership with Shenzhen Development Bank and China Construction Bank, we have developed a third bank partnership with Bank of China. The launch of prepaid Oney Card which aims at Auchan's customers was particularly productive in 2009 and got off a very successful start.Our financial expertise, our ability to innovate and our carefully selected financial partners, among which China most influential banks and financial institutions, enable us to design a wide range of products from payment cards to insurance, all designed to boost purchase and loyalty in our partners' stores. Some of the most established retailers in China, such as Auchan and Rt-Mart, already trust us with our services and products.
