Job Requirements

Education, knowledge, competences, and attributes Education: Bachelor degree or above. Language: Fluent in English and/or French preferred Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email at a highly proficient level Business Competences: Overtime, understand consumer financeproducts and their distributions – channel, marketing, animation, sales, etc; Know the missions of the program, as wellas the culture and vision of the company and the Group. Behavioral Competences: Project management know-how and experience. Resultant-oriented (timing, quality,financial results) Good communication skills to explain theissue to various parties. Analytical skills: translate data toinformation which support management decisions. Details oriented: pay attentions on detailswith a high level of accuracy. Time management: prioritize tasks to meetdeadlines. Personal Attributes: Be prudent, precise, and detailed Demonstrate sound work ethics Be enthusiastic Working Conditions The Project Manager is located in a busy office where he/she spendslong time using computers and other office equipment. He/she is faced withinterruptions and must meet with colleagues, clients, partners, or suppliers ona regular basis. He/she must work with intense concentration and meet severaldeadlines in a regular basis. Occasional domestic traveling may be required.
