Job Requirements

Ø Missions on the general scope: n He contributes tothe development of policies, strategies and ambitions of the company, for whichhe is jointly responsible with the general management. n He translates into the objectives and action plans for its business. n He manages andanimates the network sales in order to achieve the sales objectives n He participatesin decision making by supplying the lighting of his business knowledge, market. n He works closelywith the other Directions. Ø Missions related to the sales responsibility: n He keeps B to Bdirect high level contacts related to the sales (with Western and Chinese retailers as well as Chinese Financial institutions). n He manages an ational sales network to increase its sales dynamic, while maintaining adisciplined long distance management. n He interacts with other Chinese and International Executive Committee members, in a constructive and proactive way, to succeed together. n He is responsible for salesforces formulation and productivity enhancement. n He builds and formalizes the Sales Plan based on historical (monitored daily, weekly,monthly, analysis of business performance) and market trends to achieve the objectives. n He controls his Sales Direction and brings the added value needed to the stores of different retail partners (better response to customer stores, improved service,contribution to the development of their sales, training of store teams). n He is responsible of the roll out of new products/services in the network. Ø Missions related to the management responsibility: n He is responsible for achieving his objectives and elements of management and Enforce process reliability and co-responsible of the profit and loss of his Direction. n He creates, withthe help of Controlling within the company, the tools for monitoring hisactivity; he analyzes the gaps, and proposes and sets up s corrective actionsto adjust them. n He reports his activities and provides the information needed, particularly about thedifficulties and successes of the sales policies implemented. Ø Perform other related missions and duties asrequired Key performance indicators* Ø Sales Target: Thesales target will be expressed in terms of lead generation, application,approval rate, loan booked, average loan size and tenor period, etc. inmulti-product launched by Oney. Ø Service Target: n Develop application processwith maximum customer (both store and end customer) satisfaction. n Ensure strict sales compliance and not exceeding target fraud rate. n Ensure the service level inthe network towards the retail partners Ø Management KPI’s Build a productive sales team through comprehensive and constant training, motivating, following, listeningand supporting. Ø Budget management and results n Compliance with budgetary targets in terms of: progression of file and active customers, progress of credit production, Increase insurance production Progress in terms of products sales by customers. n Profitability of the company (e.g. retain goodmargin). n Successful launch of new products services. Education, knowledge,competences, and attributes Education: Bachelor Degreein Management/Sales/Finance Language: Chinese native speaker, speaking either English or French fluently. Speaking both would be anadditional advantage. Computer:Word, Excel, PowerPoint at a better proficient level Business Competences: Ø At least 10 yearsmanagement experience. Ø Background in salesis a must. Ø Understandsupermarket / hypermarket operations. Ø Master consumerfinance and payment products and their distributions – channel, marketing,animation, revenue, etc. Ø Know themissions, the culture and vision of the company and the Group. Ø Underst and business financials: read financial statements, annual reports, as well as performing cost-benefit analyses. Ø Good sense in sales and customer service. Ø We need someonewho can be simple and straight forward, but capable of grasping complex issues:financial & payment products, retailer environments constraints, ormultiple stake holder partnership models. Behavioral Competences: Ø Good communication skill. Ø Result oriented: work smart to reach the target; maximize output with the minimum input. Performance leader. Ø Leadership: understand team dynamics and development (define objectives, delegate,motivate, and coach) Ø Strategy formulation: in the global view and local market reality, formulate program strategies and implementation plans. Ø Execution capacity: assess the situations and apply available resources. Tackle for eseeablea nd expected difficulties to achieve the predefined goals. Development and implement detailed execution plans to convert strategies into concrete realities. Ø Inter personal skills: develop positive relationship with partners as well as colleagues. Ableto influence when authority is minimal. Ø Rigor and honesty Personal Attributes: Ø The right candidate should be of very high potential, capable of developing further within our group. Working Conditions Sales Director is located in a busy office where he spends long time using computers and other office equipment. He isfaced with interruptions and must meet with colleagues, clients, partners, orsuppliers on a regular basis. He must work with intense concentration and meetseveral deadlines in a regular basis. To succeed, the person will need to be ableto travel a significant part of his time through all China to ensure his salesteams are performing and our partners are satisfied. International travel opportunities for group executive meetings or trainings will also be offered.
