Job Responsibilities
1. Develop sales policies, plans, and schedules based on sales strategies 2. Plan the local market layout to ensure that sales policies are implemented effectively 3. Establish and maintain channel customers to ensure long-term, sustainable, and positive cooperative business relationships with key customers 4. Develop and maintain blank market customers to increase market share 5. Establish and carry out management work including personnel selection and retention within the organization 6. Lead the team to ensure the achievement of performance indicators, including key indicators such as sales volume, profit, and category structure 7. Evaluate the performance output of team members and provide solutions for improvement 8. Cross departmental cooperation to ensure smooth and compliant sales operations 9. Coordinate and solve practical business difficulties to ensure operational efficiency
Job Requirements
1. Able to adapt to long-term overseas priority (Germany) 2. Must have overseas e-commerce work experience, such as Lazada, Shopee, etc; 3. Communication and coordination, service spirit, execution ability, team building; 4. Strong ability to withstand pressure and expand business; 5. Possess communication skills in local language and English.
