Job Requirements

Education, knowledge, competences, and attributes Education: Bachelor/Master degree in business, finance, IT technique or relevant subjects. Language: Good command of English is a must, good communication skills in Chinese,French is a plus. Computer skills: Proficient user of the pack office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)passed experience with Efront or other financial solution software is a plus. Business Competences: - Expertise in risk management and business continuity related issues - Multi tasking capacity - Experience of internal control and/ or audit - Working experience in a foreign company. Behavioral Competences: - Quality and detail oriented - Problem solving. - Easy going but able to have the hard talk when necessary. Personal Attributes: - Discreet, sense of confidentiality, high moral and professional standards. - Be independent and take initiative. Working Conditions The Operation Risk Manager is located in a busy office where he/she spends long time using computers and other office equipment. He/she is faced with interruptions and must meet with colleagues, clients, partners, or suppliers on a regular basis. He/she must work with intense concentration and meet several deadlines in a regular basis.
