Job Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities: 1.Recruitment -Recruit employees according to operations demand. 2.C&B - Handle employees’ compensation and benefits; learn market rate and give advice to maintain company C&B system. 3.Policies- Keep an eye on local laws and regulations about employment and related fields, co-work with headquarter HR department on implementing and updating internal policies to reduce employment related risk for the company. 4.Personnel work - Maintain and manage employee data/files, labor contract and related agreements, absence and leave, etc. according to the company requirements. 5.Assist headquarter HR in China on providing related reports and information, etc. 6.Work according to internal work procedures, and continuously improve work flow and methods to improve efficiency and reduce cost. 7.Other tasks assigned by upper managers.
Job Requirements
Requirements: 1. Proficient in local official language and English, while some language skills of Chinese is a plus; 2. Minimum 2 years experience in HR field, familiar with recruiting channels, familiar with live stream industry and has related resources; 3. Skilled in MS or similar office software, familiar with instant communication tools like Facebook, LinkedIn, Whats App, Twitter, Zaolo, etc. 4. Good communication skills and team work; 5. Strong sense of responsibility, good professional ethics, and pro-active.
