Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain the existing retailers and distributors in Germany market, develop new retailers and distributors, and complete the company's annual sales targets in Germany. 2.Formulate (assist distributors) corresponding sales strategies, goals and product portfolios according to different retailers. 3.Formulate marketing strategies based on sales strategies and headquarter’s product strategies, integrate resources and organize the implementation of brand marketing. 4.Responsible for operation and achievement of sell-in, sell-through and sell-out targets for distributors and retailers, monitor the parallel imports, and the prices from retailers. 5.Visit retailers and distributors from time to time, participate the exhibitions and fairs, provide satisfactory services and strengthen the cooperation relationships. 6.Analyze and understand industry market trends, competitor’s products and pricing and communicate the information to the headquarter. Job Requirements

1. At least 5 years sales experience in GSM, consumer electronics, IT, home appliances, or storage industries. 2. Successful sales and key account management experience is required,knowledge and skills of retail marketing is highly preferred. 3. Native speaker level of communication and negotiation skills in German and professional level in English is required. 4. Good management, communication and problem-solving abilities is required. 5. Experiences and resources with Germany top retailers such as MediaMarket,Saturn, Euronics, Expert, NBB, Cyberport are highly preferred. 6. Strong cross cultural skills is highly preferred.
